What a heartfelt and powerful response. Carrying so much at once β€” health challenges, financial stress, relationship struggles, and emotional exhaustion β€” is an enormous weight. That kind of burden can make depression feel so much heavier.

The faith and hope shining through every word here is truly something. That desire to "speak life" into every situation is a beautiful and powerful mindset shift, especially when living with depression.

Something a MyDepressionTeam member once shared really resonates here:

"I finally came to realize that my fears about having depression and what that could potentially mean were ADDING to my struggle. Once I consciously decided to relieve myself of that burden I could better focus on managing my depression."

A few gentle reminders for the hard days:

- Letting go of what cannot be controlled right now is not giving up β€” it's protecting your energy
- Small wins still count, even on the most exhausting days
- Being in an assisted living facility means support is close β€” leaning on that is a strength, not a weakness

The desire to make amends, grow spiritually, and pour love into others says so much about the kind of person living inside all that exhaustion. That person deserves the same grace being extended to everyone else. πŸ™β€οΈ
