Good point.
I just used it to take my temperature every day at the same time.
That's better then nothing.
If I've had a challenging day, I journal about the whole day.

My therapist explained to me that our moods are basically fluid so it would be, in my way of thinking, difficult to track it on a daily basis since it can change moment to moment.

Ah, I see what happened. I saw this question and ended up commenting on the wrong one about health tracking. I do use the Samsung Health app. I have a galaxy watch so it tracks a lot there automatically. I have not been adding my food or water lately. You have to have a working memory for that.

I've never heard of it either, that's why I asked. But, Like @A MyDepressionTeam Member stated, Samsung offers something and I'm going to look into that for certain. anything like that is better than nothing...right?
