That's such a thoughtful idea β€” having a loved one read up on depression can really help bridge the gap in understanding. Unfortunately, printing directly from here isn't possible, but there are some great ways to find and share articles with your husband.

Here are a few options:

That's such a thoughtful idea β€” having a loved one read up on depression can really help bridge the gap in understanding. Unfortunately, printing directly from here isn't possible, but there are some great ways to find and share articles with your husband.

Here are a few options:

- MyDepressionTeam.com β€” Browse the Resources section for articles about living with depression that you can share or bookmark
- NAMI.org β€” The National Alliance on Mental Illness has easy-to-read guides for family members
- HelpGuide.org β€” Has great articles written specifically for people supporting someone with depression

You can simply copy the web address of any article and text or email it to your husband. Most pages also have a print option in the browser menu (usually File > Print).

It's really wonderful that you want him to understand what you're going through. That kind of support can make a real difference. πŸ’™
