Members rallied around the question of finding small daily joys, sharing a beautiful mix of moments that brought them comfort and happiness. Several members shared that their pets, including dogs, cats, and even chickens, were a huge source of love, with hugs from furry friends and sweet animal moments lighting up many days. A recurring theme was gratitude for small wins like taking stairs after major weight loss, 10 months of sobriety, getting state assistance approved, and simply waking up to a new day.

Had a great session with my therapist today and got my 10th month chip of sobriety.

Dartagnon makes me happy! He goes to the groomers with Titan, but he doesn't need a cut. Might do his toenails, though. We've decided to take him with us, but not leave him there. He peed all over himself last time we tried to give him a spa day.

He definitely makes me smile, and I can definitely feel his love!

Titan loves laundry day.
Yes, that's a pile of my dirty clothes.
They smell like me.

Unrelated to the thread, but seemed an appropriate place to bring the response up.

@A MyDepressionTeam Member and @A MyDepressionTeam Member, I've been graced with a lovely bone spur (not one joke out of any of you, I swear...) at the base joint of my left great toe and a mallet toe next to it. Both procedures can be done together, but the podiatrist wants me to wait until the pain gets to a 6-7. It's not bad, just annoying, and I can still go walking, but it's going to be a future pain in the patoot.
