For my curiosity, an introvert is a person who is energized by spending time alone or in quiet settings, focusing on internal thoughts rather than external stimulation.
@A MyDepressionTeam Member I'm an introvert and I don't like being in big groups of people. I'd much rather go home than go to a big party. Or, just hang out with one or two friends instead. Whenever I do something around a lot of people I always need to have some time alone for a while. I'm also in a small city so what I consider a big crowd is really not that big.

I did that. I quit going anywhere. My husband picks up groceries. I only go out occasionally to see doctors or go somewhere with my husband. I've been dealing with anxiety. I'm trying to change that but finding it hard to make new friends where I live.
Very true!!
