It has pockets!!!!) and a few probably ruptured. Totally normal and resolved itself in 24 hours.

For the sciatica, do you think Ava would consent to facet joint injections or, at the worst, radio frequency ablation? It was only mildly uncomfortable but provided decent relief for a few months. It contains a drug in it called Naltrexone which binds to the opiate and reverses the overdose more often than not.
