Don't know if this helps but on dizzying rides at amusement parks you stair at your feet. Can't do that all the time. Another is to be sure you're hydrated.

What home remedies can help manage vertigo symptoms?

I understand how overwhelming vertigo can be, especially when it's affecting your daily life. While the search results don't specifically address vertigo remedies, there are some relaxation and stress-management techniques that might help you feel more grounded when experiencing these symptoms.

Breathing exercises can be particularly helpful when you're feeling overwhelmed. Try cyclic sighing: inhale normally, pause, take a second inhale to expand your lungs fully, then exhale slowly through your mouth. Do this for about five minutes.

You can also try 4-7-8 breathing while sitting down: inhale through your nose for 4 counts, hold for 7 counts, and exhale through your mouth for 8 counts. Repeat for at least four cycles.

Other techniques that might help include:
* Meditation for even just a few minutes daily
* Gentle yoga or stretching (if approved by your healthcare provider)
* Journaling to track when vertigo occurs and what might trigger it

However, since you mentioned this is related to your implant, it's really important to talk with your healthcare provider about these symptoms. They can evaluate whether the vertigo is a side effect that needs medical attention or if adjustments to your treatment plan might help.

Don't hesitate to reach out to your doctor - managing side effects is an important part of your overall care.

Have you tried the epley manoeuvre it worked for me but not for everyone a I asked a man I worked with and he said it didn't help him unfortunately but maybe he didn't try for long enough sometimes it takes a while.

I have a friend that had vertigo, she said that 2 milligrams of valium( cut the 5 milligrams) in half that helped her. She also had MS. I was so glad I got to visit her before she went to heaven. Joanne was a was a special friend whom I will always remember. Enjoy heaven!
