Yes all the time. Especially bed. My therapist taught me a good game though. Start with a, think of all the words you can beginning with a. Then move onto b. Any thoughts that occur let them play out and have their time but then go straight back into the game. It works so well for me i barely get to a second or third letter
Yes. Sometimes I think it is either from over stimulation, or almost the opposite, boredom. I seem to need balance in everything, but that is not so easy to achieve.
