Hi, I found it’s hard to cry with my anxiety medication. The medication is to calm you down and don’t let the anger out in you. It’s okay to cry sometimes. You’re right we need a good cry once in a while. Hugs

I wasn't able to cry when my emotions were shutdown. I was able to turn them off. But now I have a reason to trust and live
