If I was with some people, I would never feel that I was bothering them. I would always think that that person or group was the one with the problem for not accepting me, because, I'm a good person. 😊

I used to All to feel that way all the time, but CBT has taught me to recognize distorted thoughts and change them.
I felt that way again today. Need to feel out a Thought Record for my situations.
