CBT stands for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. It is a type of talking therapy that is used in the treatment of many mental health problems . It works on thought , feeling n emotions like a triangle n how that affect your thoughts n actions . It is a great thing to learn n use where possible . It is empowering . My therapist also does this with me, I also stumbled on an application that uses A.I and C.B.T it’s called Limbic wellness assistant. It’s kinda new so I am trying it out and my therapist is looking into it .
