I swear I get so tired of all of these diagnoses....Sometimes I just feel shy....However, I've had someone say I have Asperger's, but that is no longer considered an official diagnosis anymore....So is the depression the root of all of the evils or do I have some or all of these?
Well I think we get diagnosed with something and then they just on another problem, whereas if you go someone else they may agree or disagree and have their own opinion.

Psychology will never be precise because of perspective. I'm developing more faith in brain science though.

Well, the depression and anxiety have been officially diagnosed several times, and MDD a couple of times...the other ones? Well, it's a crap shoot...the autism spectrum question is one I've been questioning for years. Hasn't been officially diagnosed, but I've had more than one person mention it.
Only the DSM can answer that for sure, and we're not good at self-diagnosing because we always think we have a little bit of all of them!
But reading the DSM characteristics and discussing each with a therapist, I think is helpful at developing self- awareness. 🤔
