I don't see a therapist. I can't really afford the copays, plus I've been to therapy several times over the years and I already know what their suggestions are going to be. So I share on here and get feedback from people who also suffer from depression and anxiety. For me this is better and cheaper than therapy. Plus enough people here go to therapy and often give me tips on how to cope.

I used to go twice a month but I now go once a month. Once a month is fine with me. I get out what I need to get out. I got to the point where I didn't want to go and cancelled a couple months of appointments but my husband caught onto that and made me make an appointment and made me go. So I just go once a month now.

Stacey is there a reason why you are not into group therapy?
