I have been taking Rexulti for 3 months now. I also take Wellbutrin. I had an increase in appetite and gained about 10lbs. That side effect lasted for about three weeks and has cleared. I did notice an improvement in my depressive symptoms at about week four and would say the medication is helping me quite a bit. Best of luck to you.
