Yes, and the antidepressants can cause it too. Try listening to some white noise for a while after getting into bed. Sometimes a warm shower helps too...

They keep switching my meds nothing seems to work I was on 300 mg of trazadone 10 mg melatonin 20 mg Valium and two more and here I am again wide awake lol

I suffer from insomnia bad I usually stay up for 3/4 days then sleep 2 hours and reset I’m so used to not sleeping I can run on empty and get away with it lol

Thanks, my psychologist told my neuro about the problems I'm having. One of my anti-seizure meds, Fycompa, can certainly be part of it. Neuro said I can lower my dose and see what happens. I have a virtual call with neurology on July 2. Going back to psychologist next Wednesday for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Meanwhile, psych is having me do Behavioral Activation, duing at least one hobby daily.
