How do you all deal with depression? I have a great support system and I been trying to replace the negative thoughts with good thoughts but what else do you all recommend?

Hi. You are very lucky to have a great support system! Don't forget it. And now you have us for support as well. In general I would say if you are just exploring depression usually a therapist/counselor/psychologist/social worker is a good idea to bounce ideas off of. Other ideas include medication; exercise. How to deal with depression? That's why we are here. Everyone experiences it differently and reacts differently. Good luck!

Journaling, walking, music and I use a SAD light every day. It is a light that imitates daylight. You can get this in many forms...a light bulb, a cap, a small tablet like light..I think there are more ways but not sure...have a good day!
