How To Not Be Afraid Of Your Own Mind
A MyDepressionTeam Member asked a question 💭

How is it possible to not be afraid of your own mind how to get out of the basicly soul crushing agony and always feeling like you have to fight everything on your own everyone expects you to be and live one way but you know that the real person you deeply long to be is the one thing that frightens you

Confused84 being on this site means that you are not on your own and please remember that the only person you can be is you and that only you can live your life in a way that you can cope with. Have you got a therapist, psychologist etc that you can talk this over with? I ask because noone has the right to tell you how to live your life because it is your life for you to live and noone else.
