Does anyone else wake up in the middle of from having dreams of what you fear ?
Do they happen more than once to where you don’t wanna sleep even at 1am ?
How do you deal with them ?

Usually, If I wake up from a dream or a nightmare I can't fall back to sleep. So, I just stay awake. I can get up to use the bathroom and get back to sleep. I think it depends on where my mind is at.

I have a great deal of strange dreams, especially since this extended quarantine. Said in the news that is a normal reaction to this isolation. However, I sleep in little short spurts and don't get much into ten skeep. Wish I knew answer!

Kara, Dear, I've had nightmares form the time I hit a semi-truck on 12/01/1999! They still affect me at times. It's almost like reliving the trauma over and over again! Wakes me if I actually get more than an hour of sleep, and no, after that I don't watto or can not get back to sleep. That's why I post a strange hours! Hope You find a way to cope with the terrors that sleep brings you! If you happen to find something that works for you please pass it on! I could use some sleep!
