I have noticed that I have been taking multiple naps throughout the day, just to get through it. When I wake up in the morning all I think about is sleeping. I'm looking for some inspiration of what I could do to help with my boredom. My boredom makes me feel even more depressed which is why I think I have been sleeping so much.

exercise and keeping your brain busy thinking on things can make ur mind not so tired and focused on something to pass time the more you are active the more yoyr body will get used to it
Writing poetry
What kind of interests do you have? I like to read, do color pages, write in a journal, pet my cat, and take walks when I can. If you can identify some of the things that bring you joy, then try to incorporate them into your everyday life it would make the days more enjoyable.
I love how I feel after walking my dog, but it’s so difficult to get out the door. Are you able to exercise?
I’ve had health problems recently so I can’t do much. I’ve been trying to be creative- fixing things around the house that need repair, scrapbooking, caring for my animals, and enjoying the wildlife in my yard.

Anything artistic. It doesn't have to be complex. I have been painting rocks. I write nice things on them and hide them around town.
