where can I get CBT in Liverpool?

You actually can go on the internet and download free copies of CBT workbooks I have several and I also have several DBT workbooks they're usually like 30 to 50 dollars if you buy them but if you download them the PDF they're free. I don't know if it violates the rules on here but I would be happy to post it if everyone's okay with that
