Members deeply connected over the question of feeling like they can never do or say anything right, with many sharing that this experience happens daily across relationships with partners, parents, siblings, and children. A recurring theme was the emotional toll of constant criticism, being ignored, or having words twisted, leaving many feeling isolated, unworthy, and afraid to speak up at all. Several members found small steps of relief through counseling, medication, faith, prayer, and simply shrinking their social circles to protect their peace, while offering each other warm encouragement and virtual hugs.
