I've been trying out tea that are designed to help with sleep. Things like chamomile . I can't promise that it works for all,but seems to help me?
Especially,if you don't want to rely on medications(prescription or over the counter)?

I suffer with it. However not every night. The times that I do, I get up and either watch TV, read, sit on the back porch and watch my dogs because they play all time of night. Sometimes i write but candy crush will put me back to sleep faster. I have always heard that if you're having problems going to sleep wrestle with it, just get up and do something. I don't know I guess it depends on the person. Hope this helps some.💗

Yes I have dealt with insomnia and it is awful. Although I have meds for my lack of sleep, I have other methods in preparation for bedtime to sleep as best I can. Going to bed at a certain each night; I turn TV and lights off: put my phone on night cycle and when I do wake up in the middle of the night, I use posting and reading as a way to get my mind calm again to fall back to sleep. It doesn't all ways work and everyone has the own method. I hope you find yours.
