How Do You Deal With Triggers That You Can't Remove?
A MyDepressionTeam Member asked a question 💭

If I removed the triggers I would be living a life closed off to the world, would have to move, break connections from people I love and no technology.

Some churches can kinda be critical of mental health problems. They seem to be too judgemental in dealing with mental illness

I look to God's words for encouragement not people, because we are all broken in some way.

I can certainly agree with that. I am a Christian and have seen a lot of horrific things in the church and have been treated poorly myself a few times. We are suppose to have Christ love, but are the most critical of His children. Then the sad thing about it is that is sometimes leaves people with the idea that all Christians treat people the same.
