Do you ever find you get just "bone tired" exhausted, like everything just feels heavy? How do you deal with it?

Hi there, i have alot of mornings when i feel like that.. this morning included! I find that drinking some type if fruit smoothie with a little B12 powder gives me the bump i need to help me make it through that day.
I agree with you..because I feel exhausted most of the time it's like I wake up most days and feel I haven't had a good night's sleep at all. I tend to wake up early in the morning and then go back to sleep again, but there are some mornings where I find it difficult to get back to sleep again.
I usually rest when i feel tired. My favourite thing is caffeine which seems to get rid of the grogginess and overall fatigue. I try to listen to my body and act accordingly.
