I meant to say how do you with losing/ grieving a therapist you can not see any more ?

I am recently like a couple month age out of the service. i am feeling lost more with this person because they helped me for 2.5 through some very difficult times. and I ve tried going to some where new but it hasn't been consist ppl since it was walk in drop in service. I just want my old person back so i wont have to keep telling my story again

Google affordable therapist in your area that accepts your insurance. I go to a private one but they cost. There are that will work with you and it's worth it.

Are you able to call your old therapist up and ask if there is some way you can keep seeing them. Or, could they refer you to someone who is similar to them. I’ve kept seeing my old therapist but on a cancellation basis. And few weeks I call in to touch base. It’s informal but it works just to have that support. There are a few options. Maybe others will have more.
