I dunno anything of how losing a child is. But I know the pain of losing someone special. My boyfriend died on the morning of October 31st of last year. It has been 8 months but still seems like yesterday. I have to try to keep my head up and keep busy cuz I now he wouldn't want me to be sad everyday no matter how hard it is. It is very very hard most days but the pain is lessening . I will never heal completely cuz he he was the love of my love and we were gonna marry each other very soon. But please as Melissa said, talk to someone or get someone to just hold you if that helps. But everything will get better trust me. I'm still having problems getting back on my feet from losing my job cuz of it but I'm still trying hard. Please don't ever give up. And my bf was 27, woulda been 28 this March.

Sorry about your loss. I found with grief and depression to either write a journal about feelings or I couldn't do that so it was suggested to talk to an empty chair about feelings and that worked for me

My condolences to you and your family at this time.
It has to be one of the hardest things to do is to bury your child.
It's not supposed to be like that.
Unfortunately life does not always do things the way it's supposed to.
My brother in law died a few years ago, and it was like losing a close family member.
It gets easier in time.
You never forget, but it does get easier.
My wife lost her mother a year and a half ago.
She was in our house more than in her own house.
But she died Suddenly, was sitting down on front of us one minute only left us and said good bye .
Minutes later was dead.
That was hard for her to take.
But I felt shit because I am suffering with my depression I feel I wasn't there for her properly.
You just have to let yourself get through the time.
It will be tuf but you will get through it.
And in time it will be easier.

I send you a heartfelt "sorry" for your loss. Although these words make no difference, I hope that you know that you are being thought of! I lost my mom when I was 11months old to suicide, and the grief and pain have traveled with me. I was adopted by my grandmother (my mom's mother) and she raised me. She was always strong and never spoke about what happened.

All that I ask of you is... speak. Speak to someone. Confide in someone. Trust someone. My grandmother neglected herself and her emotional state and today she has Parkinson's. I wish her all the health in the world and all the happiness, but I can never fix that which she lost.

I don't believe in any manner that losing a child is the natural cycle and one will never understand why life throws us these curve balls. I trust that you have delved into your soul and emotion, it is painful, I believe it remains painful, however, as all things in life, time heals, perhaps it doesn't heal, it only helps.
