Had an appointment with my physiatrist this afternoon l just rang to confirm and l find it has been cancelled also my CPN is not in today so what’s the point like l say does anybody really care OCD Depression and Anxiety Kind Regards Geoff Hudson

I have a fantastic GP. She is very understanding and not judgmental. The psychologists that I have seen were useless and at times harsh

I feel like this when I see my gps all they seem to do is shove me off and say I need to talk to my mental health team which I do and they don’t do anything Iv kinda got to the point that I’m just better off just dealing with it on my own
