I have a fantastic GP. She is very understanding and not judgmental. The psychologists that I have seen were useless and at times harsh

I feel like this when I see my gps all they seem to do is shove me off and say I need to talk to my mental health team which I do and they don’t do anything Iv kinda got to the point that I’m just better off just dealing with it on my own
