I choose not to set myself up for failure & make resolutions. Staying positive, being good to myself(not beating myself up) looking at life as living in fear or love. Be it love for myself,as in looking @ seeing what relationships are positive & choosing not to be with toxic people. The ones that don't add to my life but suck you emtionally dry & don't give anything positive back. Realizing my needs(needs? Yes needs! Didn't know I had needs!) That was an aha moment for me**💡.

Going to start water aerobics. I want my figure back. Plus learning to say no to friends and family expecting to much of me
