WHY DONT MEMBERS CHECK THEIR TEAMS UPDATES BEFORE ASKING THEM HOW THEY ARE.

What's the point in this site having a place where you can put how you are feeling, on a daily basis if you want to, if the members of their team are not going to read it?

For reading someone's page...
It's like Threading on someone holy ground....

You read...
You feel...
You care...

But you know...
Not everybody feel comfortable to talk to anybody one on one...

So...
For asking a question...
Altough you know the answer...
Give them the Power... Athority... Control...
Do they want to open up to you...

And whatever they choose...
It will always be okay...

I'm new to the site - but just typing really helps me to get things off my mind a bit for a while. If you ever want someone to read something that's super important to you, you can send to me directly and I'll be sure to read it! Big hug! -MIB

There are just so many people, and I want all to know that you are all on my mind. I don't always have the best of moods and would hate to make anyone feel worse than they already do. But I agree,we should just say Hi atleast :) So hi to all xxxxxxxxxxx

A lot of times your updates also post to the my team activity page, so it might be a slow day, there are different ways in which people answer the posts, if you don't feel like you're getting what you need, go to multiple people's profile pics and click to post directly to them. I'll give this to someone to see what they think, you should(?) always have someone posting an answer, except for the above. I've also noticed that, during the weekends, it is a slow site, just be aware of that. Get yourself a huge team, that way you have tons of people who will see it and reply. You might want to cruise the site and see those in your team who answer posts the most... I have over 300 team members, and I try to answer every post to me, but it has to be directed at me, i would try more than once, they may be ill themselves and you don't know, so try for more than one. I will tell my team if i'm ill and only going to do my songs for the day. There is also a gratitude group I put on Q&A, may have to scroll down awhile, but it's neat, the way you can see how other people are doing, what they're struggling with and grateful for, and add one thing that you are going to do for yourself that day, it will up your mood.

best wishes,
Mary
