I have to literally force myself out of the house and get there. They just won't help without seeing you first. I know it seems impossible but it might end up helping you in the long run.

I just thought of my autistic son and how much he needs. My husbands out of work for a while now so I have to help out. Even on those days I just want to stay in bed and sleep!

No if i could get up i feel really good about myself. But i can literarly sleep 48 hours (not just lie in bed but comatose for 24 hours bathroom again back to bed ) alas i dont hear. I was thinking does an ils worker help with that. I used to be one for cmha in calgary. But i helped with everyyhin budgeting cleaning nutrition ect. I just need help showing up and if its a job interviewi need morale support. Anyone know agencies that would help? And thanks cori. I really wanted to make sure there wasnt some loophole. What motivated u to get up on those days cori?

I don't know if they have this in your area but they do telecom which hooks up the patient and the therapist. Check it out. I'm not sure if that is the right name. It's when they come up on a tv and see each other. That way you don't have to get anxious and leave anywhere. You will get comfortable with your provider then be able to come in after you've been talking for awhile. Hope it works fir you.
