Has Anyone Experienced Any Health Conditions Due To Medications
Recently been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, have been advised my medication could have added to this, also not being able to eat my daily food intake due to feeling nauseous a lot? X
I am type 2 diabetic. I know that stress itself can make diabetes worse. Mine was under control but now it is blood sugar levels go up.
Hi @angelalaughlin. I take Zyprexa for my bipolar, and have also taken Seroquel as well, and one of the warnings is that they may raise your blood sugar. I have type 2 diabetes and I've never had that experience, though, and I've been one or another of these meds for over a decade. I take 850mg of Metformin twice daily and it works like a charm. My A1C's are always perfect. What meds do you take (only if you feel comfortable discussing them, of course)? I might be able to point you in a direction because I have some knowledge about pharmaceutical contraindications.
I'm type 2 diabetic as well.
Im type 2 diabetic also. There are a few meds im on that play chaos with my blood sugars. Also have injections in my lower back and right him that sky rocket blood sugars. After last epidural in lower back my blood sugar shot over 620 needles to say it was an overnight stay in the er untill they could level it off under .200. And had meds both mental health and physical health adjusted i have a hard time keeping solids down and. So nauseous all day. It feels like stomch could erupt at anytime. And certain foods dont taste right anymore.
What med was it so we know.....if you dont mind. 😊
