How To Deal With Boss
How do I deal with a boss who doesn't understand clinical depression and is trying to find out what my triggers are. I don't have triggers a switch gets flicked in my head. Putting me off going back to work as I know I'll be I interrogated.
Is it time to go on disability?
I have had this problem too. I just go on about my day as I usually do and if they say anything about my words or actions I either tell them that I can't control it, I just need a break to gather myself and my thoughts and then I will be back. Now if they have a problem with that then I just say it's either that or it will just get worse, but you can also get fired very quickly for standing up for yourself, so I just take their s*** sometimes and ask to go to the bathroom to collect myself instead. I would do the second one more though
