Oh I forgot, I rescued a puppy, so I have to go out, and walk him, and people talk to you, and you meeting their doggys, and it helps, hes always here, he has certainly brightened my life.

flashbacks of? post traumatic stress distorder maybe? Talk to counsellor, dont leave it so long, like I have, in that im isolated myself away from everyone, but sometimes that does have its advantages, you dont have to listen to other peoples crap. lol lol

I feel lonely too. even if I'm at the club dancing with my friend. I just drown into my flashbacks unless I keep busy by cleaning or cooking or working or crocheting with music on

I feel like that some times I do have a cat and I try to distract doing something to occupy my mind it hard my worst day is Sunday
