So my boyfriend and I have been dating for a year and a half. At times its hard because I suffer depression. (I haven't seen anyone about it just my university counselor) I know it's hard but sometimes it makes me have trust issues about my current relationship. It could be the fact that my past relationship ended badly and that's why I have trust issues. Any helpful suggestions?
Im currently taking Seriquel 75mg im to take before bed i take them for so long then think im good dont need them and i stop when i really shouldnt do that.
I think when you are depressed you loose all your self esteem and you don't trust
You may also have obssessive behavior which also comes with depression.

I have a really hard time trusting since my break up with my kids dad its goin on 5yrs and im still having a really hard time trusting and moving on ivebeen in a realationship now 3yrs thank god my partner understands he does try but its hard for me i treat him like shit sometimes i dont mean to i dont want to be this person anymore does anybody else go thur this what different things have you tryed really needing sm suggestions plz.
