What Is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy?

I have been seeing posts about Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and that you can access it online but I have no idea what it is.

Hi
CBT is a way therapists use to help patients to learn positive thinking and positive self talk. People with depression tend to have negative thinking hence CBT can help break that cycle. I had CBT and it was a very good experience and I use it regularly.

What a positive story Jane. How nice it is to hear someone acknowledge the benefits of CBT. I find that CBT encourages people acknowledge something useful about themselves ...
