Yes! In school I'm always very anxious and I have panic attacks easily. Being around too many people at once in these small and cramped classrooms really send my anxiety sky-high, through the roof. I use my music while walking through the hallways to drown out he noise that the other students make, I always keep my journal on hand and text the crisis line whenever the teacher allows us to have our phones out.
