My insomnia seems to be back again (this is the 3rd night in a row I've been awake after 4am) and I still don't know what to do to make it go away. I've tried relaxing, meditation, no screens an hour before bedtime and even chammomile tea but nothing has worked so far. I'd be super grateful for any tips any of you guys might have.

It doesn't knock you out does it? I am seeing my Doc tomoz-after a three week wait. Going to ask for some Ritalin, help me concentrate?

I have tried melatonin 10 mg. It is a natural sleep aid. Talk to your psychiatrist about it. It's like if you drink chamomile tea before bed. I really don't know how it works it just does
