Also the first comment I made about putting your worries on the shelf until the next day ... you will need to spend time on your own to look at what you wrote. You could go through the concerns one by one and ask yourself what you can do right now about that. If you can't do anything about it then decide to let that go. There's a saying that I try to live by: God grant me the Serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the Courage to change the things I can, and the Wisdom to know the difference. This helps me with my worried mind. Hope that's helpful for you.
Another thing that may help is being grateful/thankful for the little things that are good in your life ie nature, loved ones etc. Its a good habit to get into at night because it helps to dispel any pent up stress and relax you.
Perhaps you can write out on a journal anything worrying you and decide to "put them on the shelf" in your mind until you are awake the next day. Its amazing that when you decide something how much power the mind really does have. Depending on your beliefs ... you could perhaps say a prayer for peaceful sleep and state out loud that you are safe and secure and you will sleep well (an affirmation). You could ask for support from a higher power if you believe in that.
No weird dreams only nightmares and night terrors.
Yes very strange dreams
