Awful. Did that about 3 years ago. Thought I could do it in my own slowly weaning myself off Effexor XR but it was a huge mistake. I dont know that is was withdrawal as much as it was reverting back to the state I was in before I was on any meds. Nervous, insomnia, obsessing over everything and cleaning in a frenzy. I do miss having that extra energy but not anything else.

I was on 75 mg of Nardil, dropped to 60 and went into an major depression.

Since I'm limited on funds I tty repurposerepurpose things thrown away by people or second hand store.

I always do, bad ones to the point where I quit taking them all together. If it seems concerning to you talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
