I thought it would be interesting to see what people do to keep themselves happy? Is there certain techniques you use, a hobby or maybe some other form of grounding or escapism?

I find high intensity exercise to be fab, but I have to be motivated to do this, which is hard when you have severe social anxiety and depression. I also like a hot bath with scented candles and my Ludavic music.

There was a time that i loved to go to the gym. It cleared my head. I ate good. Not suprising after all i was a personal trainer. I loved to motivate people and i would sit and hear their problems. One day i woke up and i didnt want to go to the gym. I ate shite. Sleeping was all i wanted to do. I decided if i had a good night sleep. Food in my belly. And stayed hydrated my mood would improve. It did but i had to do one thing that i used to enjoy. The gym... im getting there as my bag is ready and by the door and thats ok for today...
