I am starting on Seroquel l am scared of the side effects

This is my own personal experience... I had been taking a low dose of Seroquel for about 2 ½ years, feeling very depressed and low, my psychiatrist decided to take me off Seroquel I was prescribed Bupropion. I feel like a lot of the symptoms that I was accrediting to depression, were side effects. Extreme fatigue, grogginess, difficulty focusing. What happens when you've been taking seroquel XR for a long time on highest dose 800mg and you suddenly just stop ?
Try and get someone you trust to go with you or phone your psychiatrist you need to find a way to get the Seroquel again. Rooting for you
Is anyone taking this drug making their anxiety worse?
Yes the drug can make you worse

Hi,
I have used various SSRIs over the last ten years none of them helping much, after suffering heavily with insomnia which really made my depression a lot worse I started using Mirtazapine 30mg which has been a God send for sleep and feeling more relaxed, my psychiatrist mentioned he wanted to add Quetiapine next time I see him.
Just wanted to know people's experiences in using it for depression and combined with Mirtazapine? I heard they both give you a big weight gain, which I don't… read more

Is Clozaril better for depression than Effexar
Of all the antidepressants I've been on, and there were many, Effexor was the best. Unforunately, it set me wildly manic so I had to abandon it.
I have been on it for 8 yrs can a you come of it if your feeling better

Can Seroquel make you feel even worse when you first go on it, can't stop crying feel so lightheaded.Everything upsets me can't talk to anyone or even watch TV.Waiting to hear back from my Doctor.
I went through about four meds before the right one. Hang in there.
