This is my own personal experience... I had been taking a low dose of Seroquel for about 2 ½ years, feeling very depressed and low, my psychiatrist decided to take me off Seroquel I was prescribed Bupropion. Hi,

I have used various SSRIs over the last ten years none of them helping much, after suffering heavily with insomnia which really made my depression a lot worse I started using Mirtazapine 30mg which has been a God send for sleep and feeling more relaxed, my psychiatrist mentioned he wanted to add Quetiapine next time I see him.

Of all the antidepressants I've been on, and there were many, Effexor was the best. Unforunately, it set me wildly manic so I had to abandon it.
