I have been taking Risperdal for about 5 months now and I have been gaining weight even though I eat healthy. It is getting out of hand. How can I combat the weight gain? I have been on Cymbalta for over 10 years; I have recently increased my dose to 120 mg a day, but I still experience depression, anxiety, and a lack of interest in things that were of interest to me. I need suggestions for guided meditation to help with my C-ptsd from narcissistic abuse, flight or fight, anxiety. I constantly have background noise in my head of all the abuse, memories, etc, which just keeps my anxiety high all the time, i enjoy the guided meditation but can't find some specific to what i need, The constant chatter in my head, the flashbacks, etc.
I use YouTube and have found life saving help with guided meditations. Check out Jason Stephenson or Unlock Your Life. I use these to get to sleep and also take a nap (covid layoff)
