Hello im James, i am 44 years old . I quit smoking at age 40. I have tried to eat right, exercise, i even take Adderall for ADHD, and i am still over weight. I have weighed 165 my whole life, but after Quitting smoking i have been at 200 or 195. I can't seem to lose weight. Does anyone have any advice?
I stopped smoking 4 years ago. I had no idea when you stop your metabolism slows down. It seems that's actually a thing. I gained about 25 lbs.

My doctor s and other people says exercise helps with depression... I want too but I am always tired... I do work 40 hrs... But right after I go straight to bed... On my days off I sleep all day... Really frustrating to me... Too a point why Im I a life when all I do is sleep.
