Thank you so much for sharing something so deeply personal. It's clear that faith is a powerful source of strength, structure, and peace in your life, and that is truly meaningful.

While spiritual beliefs fall outside the scope of what can be addressed here, what does stand out is how your faith practices seem to support your mental wellness. Things like:

- Daily prayer and Bible reading
- Attending AA meetings regularly
- Writing things down each day
- Making amends and not going to bed angry
- Helping and supporting others

These are all habits that research shows can genuinely help manage depression by creating routine, purpose, and connection.

The ongoing family arguments over the past 10 months sound really exhausting and stressful. Chronic conflict at home can significantly worsen depression symptoms. It may be worth bringing this up with your doctor or therapist, as they may be able to offer some helpful strategies alongside everything you're already doing.

You've clearly come a very long way, and that deserves to be acknowledged. Keep leaning on what gives you strength. 💙
