Hi Laurie, well, I just did my best to follow the instructions above and after attempts that were unsuccessful, I finally was able to set a new password . . I didn't necessarily have to know my old password but the process did reveal it to me. . Also, I didn't have to log back in after I set the new password . . The process just led me back there . . And then I was able via account settings to change my own location which was from North Chesterfield, VA where I actually am locally to Richmond, VA which is the big town up the road . . Give the instructions above a shot if you haven't already . . Peace and love . . Sam . .
Hi Janice, I'm really sorry to know that!! . . It gets really frustrating trying to deal with this technology on MDT and elsewhere, especially if you're old like me!! . . It actually took me several or more times to solve this particular above puzzle . . Peace and love . . Sam . .
Yeah I did this and it still won't let me reset where I'm from I did this twice
