These are my brother and sisters.
There were four of us.
It was like we never had enough.
Food.
Money.
Love.
I grew up wishing I was an only child.
I hated my brother, who was mean to me growing up.
He went on to be one of my best friends later.
This is us four and Chris & I on my deck:

Several members shared stories tied to their pictures, including complicated sibling relationships that softened over time, cherished political mentors, and a hilarious bubble bath overflow at a hotel jacuzzi in Anchorage. A recurring theme was finding joy and connection in both the lighthearted and meaningful moments that make up a life.

I'm going to avoid the hard family stuff. I can't handle that right now. I'll go for my goofy side. One thing about me is I love to soak in the bath with bubble bath and I read for hours. Sometimes I finish a whole book in the tub if it's around 200ish pages. When we go to Anchorage, we always stay at this one hotel that has huge bathtubs. I go to the mall and buy some bubble bath and then soak in the tub. The tubs are so big I could lay flat on the bottom and it's at least 3 ft deep, from memory at least. I always think I could drown if I'm not careful. This time I bought bath & beyond foaming bath and I used too much and the bath was a jacuzzi. I turned it on and the bubbles just got way out of control. It was funny but Chris was sleeping and didn't even see. I took this picture to show him.

Oh, if that doesn't bring back hauntingly terrifying memories...

34 years ago, living in an apartment in West Lancaster, we had a dishwasher. I never had a dishwasher before.

After I added Dawn dishwashing liquid and came back from going out for dinner, we returned to find a huge mound of suds in the kitchen about 2 feet deep. Took me until nearly midnight to get mopped and cleaned up.

But you could shave from your reflection in the tile floor after I finished...

You can just barely see the faucet and the edge here and the bubbles were fall off the edge. Later on they were higher than the faucet so you couldn't even see it. Of course I knew I could turn off the jacuzzi but I was having fun. I did clean it all up and didn't leave a mess for anyone else.
