When tagging someone I've been using '@' and the name on their profile. Sometimes I'm not finding them. What am I doing wrong????

@A MyDepressionTeam Member Sometimes with longer names they don't come up in the list so I just copy and paste their name in and add the @ sign. Also, I noticed you have to use capitals if they did. It has to be exactly the same.

- If no dropdown appears, make sure to type the full username exactly as it appears
