OKHi Colleen, good question. . There is only 1 way that I have found to do this and that is one step at a time . . For me, as far as I can tell from this current standpoint, I have always had depression and anxiety . . Everyone has their own unique experience, though, or so I hear and read . . One day at a time,,,mine started in 2001 when my oldest sister died ,she adopted me and 3 brothers after our mom died,I was 13 and she was 33,this was 1968.She put us all through school and was there for graduations,weddings, and kids.After she passed I didn't know how to move on😪Sometimes I still get stuck 💔 but I'm so blessed to be here with you guys and I love you so much🥰
