Sending happy vibes to you, take care of yourself if you can
For me the answer is to get busy doing something, anything, to get my mind off of it. I know that's hard to do but that's all I got. I struggle with the same.
My talk off the ledge:
What is it going to prove if you end it all?
How will your loved ones hear?
Will they attribute it to mental illness?
How about a bit of self-care?
***Take a walk in nature?
***Journal *ask me about how to journal effectively on good days and bad.
***Clean out the junk drawer
***Remove the crumbs from the drawer beneath the silverware
***Do your hair or makeup *you won't want to feel bad when you look good.
***Audiobook or movie
That's all on my plate right now
