Members opened up about why life feels so relentlessly hard when living with chronic illness, with many sharing that the unpredictability of good and bad days is one of the most exhausting parts. Several members offered comfort and practical strategies, including staying busy with small tasks, keeping a consistent sleep schedule, using AI tools as an unexpected source of emotional support, and exploring neuroscience resources on social media. A recurring theme was that no one has to face the struggle alone, and that this community offers the kind of genuine, caring connection that helps members hold on through the hardest days.

Good Morning Everyone and God Bless All of You today. I want to inform all of you that I am having left eye cataract surgery on Wednesday morning at 10am. I would like for everyone to please continue to pray for me because I have not been sleeping very well lately. I am very happy that this website is available for me to receive your experience strength and hope with all of you πŸ™. Currently I want to inform all of you that taking Invega Prozac and Neurontin medications have caused me to gain 71 pounds within a 6 month period. However I also have been clean and sober from Alcohol and Marijuana for 36 consecutive years now. I am active in the AA Fellowship as well as other groups so that I have complete harmony and tranquility back into my life right now. I do suffer from Schizoid Affective Disorder and Glaucoma and Cataracts as well as Epilepsy and Diabetes Type #2. I am still overwhelmed from taking excessive medication for the past 29 years now. I also weigh 296 pounds. I want everyone to know that I understand all of you. I will continue to offer my support for all of you ❀️ πŸ™. Thank you for allowing me to share with you today. I also want all of you to know that prayer fasting and meditation works for me a whole lot better than taking excessive medication each day πŸ™ πŸ™Œ. My psychiatrist doesn't feel my pain as well as emphatically staying in harmony with me spiritually like all of you in this group do. I am thankful for this group and I am very happy to be a member πŸ™ πŸ™Œ.

Sandra Ontario, I am trying to manifest your statement, "there will be more good days." I pray that is true for all of us. Thank you.

So much destruction is occurring around us. Somehow it has becomes less about humans. And unfortunately more about revenue. The more creation that can be birthed, the higher vibration we can experience to rise accordingly. With great awareness comes great despair. When one cannot even afford shelter with one income. Or let alone afford and have access to nutritional healthy food to sustain the body. So much to say...
